I was introduced to meditation as a child by my mother but didn’t begin a daily practice until my late 20s when one sons life threatening illness, divorce, and then single parenting three sons felt like more than I could bear without breaking.
A precious friend gently but persistently reminded me that I could heal and find strength through meditation.
I did. 🙏
The pandemic has caused Tsunami sized waves for most of us in addition to the waves life regularly brings.
